Copeland Home Services is seeking a Plumbing Service Sales Consultant for the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area. You will meet homeowners in their homes, assess plumbing needs, and present tailored solutions with pricing for repairs and upgrades.

The role is commission-based with uncapped earnings, and includes a take-home company vehicle, health insurance, PTO, and holidays. A Texas Plumbing License or 5–6 years of residential plumbing experience is required.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in sales; in-home, residential services, or B2C sales strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with homeowners.
• Comfortable using a tablet/CRM for quoting and documentation.
• Texas Plumbing License required or 5-6 years residential service plumbing experience and ready to test.
• Valid driver7s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call coverage, including some evenings and weekends.

You’ll meet homeowners in their homes, understand their plumbing needs, and present the right solution - from water heater replacements and repipes to drain and sewer line repairs. This is a straight-commission-friendly, uncapped-earning role for someone who’s competitive, coachable, and genuinely enjoys helping people solve a problem in their home.

What You’ll Need

• Texas Plumbing License Required or 5-6 years residential service plumbing experience and ready to test

• Proven track record in sales; in-home, residential services, or B2C sales strongly preferred
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and comfortable working on a commission-based pay structure
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with homeowners
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Comfortable using a tablet/CRM for quoting and documentation
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call coverage, including some evenings and weekends

• Base + commission with average technician earning over $100K
• Take-home company vehicle provided, with gas covered

Schedule

Full-time, residential service sales covering the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW), Texas market.

This role participates in a rotating on-call schedule (including some evenings/weekends, with on-call differential pay) to support customers with urgent residential service needs.
