Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a Residential Plumbing Sales Manager to lead the plumbing advisors and the water heater sales team, focusing on sewer replacement, water main replacement, and excavation sales. You will coach staff, coordinate with field crews, and drive the sales process for large residential plumbing projects.

You will manage plumbing advisors, ensure accurate proposals, and maintain strong customer communication while meeting revenue goals and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing sales or sewer replacement experience
• 2+ years plumbing sales management experience
• Experience with water heaters, sewer line replacement, water main replacement, excavation, or underground plumbing projects

Responsibilities

• Oversee the residential plumbing sales process for sewer line replacements, water main replacements, and underground plumbing projects
• Drive residential plumbing sales across services including water heater repair and replacement, upgrades, and related work
• Lead, develop, and coach Plumbing Advisors for sales performance, customer service, and professional development
• Meet homeowners to assess failures and provide replacement solutions
• Coordinate with drain technicians and excavations teams to schedule projects
• Track sales performance, close rates, and revenue goals for sewer and excavation division
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, permitting, and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with homeowners throughout project lifecycle
• Improve sales processes for sewer and excavation division
• Conduct sales meetings and trainings
