Qualifications
- 3+ years of plumbing management or supervisory experience.
- Residential plumbing experience.
- Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (or willingness to obtain after hire).
- Valid driver's license held for 3 or more years.
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and obtain a Class E Driver's License.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coach installation team to deliver high-quality results.
- Lead by example and coach technicians through ride-alongs and field support.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members; manage onboarding processes.
- Improve installation standards, procedures, and training across the department.
- Collaborate with leadership and customers to ensure timely, high-quality service.
