Inception Plumbing in the Kansas City metro area is seeking a full-time Installation Plumber - Plumbing Installation Technician to join our team in Kansas City, KS. This role focuses on residential installations and delivering high-quality workmanship to homeowners.

You will work 8 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday, with competitive benefits and performance-based compensation. No weekend work or on-call rotations, a strong team culture, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to obtain/maintain a Class E license.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and health screening.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and the plumbing code.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with tablets, CRM, and dispatching software.
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds, work in tight spaces, and handle various weather conditions.
• Integrity, self-motivation, and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to diagnose plumbing systems and provide clear options to homeowners.
• Ability to maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the workday.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs.

Responsibilities
