Job summary

Inception Plumbing LLC is seeking a full-time Installation Plumber - Plumbing Installation Technician in the Kansas City area. You will handle residential plumbing installations, explain options to homeowners, and uphold safety and quality workmanship while maintaining a clean work environment.

Required 3+ years of residential service plumbing, valid license, and ability to pass a DOT physical. Competitive compensation ranges with a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to obtain Class E license.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and health screening.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and the plumbing code.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfort with tablets, CRM, and dispatching software.
• Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality workmanship.
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds, work in tight spaces, and endure various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential plumbing installations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Install water heaters, sump pumps, repipes, sewer repairs, and trenchless solutions.
