The Lee Company seeks an experienced installer to perform project installations for our residential plumbing customers in the Nashville area. This role requires hands-on work, adherence to safety standards, and strong communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of plumbing install/service experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and a high school diploma or GED.

Summary of Job:

This position is responsible for performing project installation for our residential plumbing customers.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate preferred
• 3-5 years of experience preferred in a combination of plumbing install and/or service
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Skills and Abilities:

• Size difficult gas system for more than 3 appliances
• Install water softener
• Slab water line re-pipe
• Operate mini excavator
• Troubleshoot toilet repairs
