Ballard Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our Lynnwood team for full-time, year-round work. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, install water heaters and fixtures, and communicate clearly with homeowners to deliver five-star service.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State PL02 Residential Plumbing License required.
• PL01 Journeyman Plumbing License also accepted.
• Residential service plumbing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of each service call.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and other plumbing components.
• Perform residential plumbing service, maintenance, and repair work safely and efficiently.
• Clearly explain findings and repair/replacement options to homeowners.
• Help customers make informed decisions without high-pressure tactics.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every call.
• Maintain accurate job notes and service documentation.
• Follow company safety standards and all applicable plumbing codes.

Compensation

What We’re Looking For
