Ballard Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing is seeking a licensed Residential Service Plumber to join our Lynnwood team. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, communicating clearly with homeowners and delivering five-star service on every call.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State PL02 Residential Plumbing License required.
• PL01 Journeyman license also accepted.
• Residential service plumbing experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, drains, and other plumbing components.
• Perform residential plumbing service, maintenance, and repair work safely and efficiently.
• Explain findings and repair options clearly to homeowners.

Ballard Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing is growing, and we're looking for an licensed experienced Residential Service Plumber to join our team in Lynnwood!

Compensation:

• $45.00–$50.00 per hour, based on experience
• PLUS bonus opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Washington State PL02 Residential Plumbing License required

• Ability to confidently explain repair and replacement options
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of each service call
