Job summary

Aire Care Mechanical Heating & Cooling in Knoxville is hiring a Residential Plumber / Water Heater Installer to join a growing division. You will install, replace, and service tank and tankless water heaters in customers’ homes.

With 3–4+ years of residential plumbing experience and a clean driving record, you’ll work to codes and permits, delivering a 5‑star customer experience while representing the brand professionally.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of residential plumbing experience, with water heater installs preferred.
• Strong diagnostic skills and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of local codes, safety standards, and permit procedures.
• Professional communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pride in workmanship and drive to grow within the team.

Responsibilities

• Install, replace, and service tank and tankless water heaters in customers' homes.
• Diagnose plumbing and related heating issues confidently and accurately.
• Ensure all work meets local building and plumbing codes.
• Pull permits and maintain compliance when required.
