Job summary

Quality Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical in East Tennessee is seeking a Plumbing Install Lead to lead installation crews and perform hands-on work on residential projects, ensuring safety, code compliance, and quality workmanship.

You’ll mentor apprentices, read plans, coordinate with management, and deliver excellent customer service. This full-time, in-person role offers competitive pay, benefits, 401(k) with match, and growth opportunities within a family-focused team.

Qualifications

• Plumbing installation experience required.
• Lead or crew-lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems.
• Ability to read plans and follow plumbing codes.
• Ability to work independently while leading a crew.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and motivated to grow professionally.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

As a Plumbing Install Lead, you will lead plumbing installation crews while also performing hands-on plumbing work. You’ll help ensure residential installation projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards and plumbing codes.

This role is ideal for an experienced plumber who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is ready to lead and support installers and apprentices in the field.
