What you bring

3 years ofplumbing experience in a residential and maintenance operation

Knowledgeof plumbing code

In-homesales experience is a plus

Validdriver's license and clean driving record

Ability towork extended hours, nights, or weekends and on-call

Ability tolift, push, and pull 50-75 pounds. Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel,crouch, and/or crawl

Strongcustomer service and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

Diagnose,repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential homes, including pipes,drains, water heaters, and fixtures

Installnew plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, garbage disposals, faucets, andother plumbing appliances as needed

Respond toservice calls in a timely manner and communicate effectively with clients aboutplumbing issues and repair options

Performroutine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to identify and fix minor issuesbefore they become major problems

Ensure allwork is performed in compliance with local plumbing codes, regulations, andsafety standards

Accuratelydocument all work performed, parts used, and time spent on each job

Provideexcellent customer service by explaining plumbing issues and offering repairsolutions that meet the customer's needs

Operateplumbing tools and equipment safely and maintain a clean and organized workenvironment

Performemergency plumbing services, including after-hours calls when required

Keepup-to-date with the latest plumbing technology and techniques through continuededucation

Manage andmeasure the work of an apprentice on the job. Assist with additional trainingas necessary

Maintainorganized truck, adequate truck stock, and tools
