Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is hiring Pest Control Technicians to perform residential pest management services, inspections, and treatments. You will communicate with clients, educate on prevention, and promote additional products while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting properties, applying products, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained. A valid driver's license and willingness to learn across pest-control areas are required.

Qualifications

• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills for following product labels.
• Customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in all areas of pest control.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products (chemicals, baits, traps) safely and effectively.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and home hygiene practices.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with sales where appropriate.
• Maintain pest control equipment, and comply with safety regulations and vehicle safety when driving.
• Follow local, state, and federal regulations and use PPE as required.
