Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is hiring Pest Control Technicians to perform residential pest management, inspections, and treatments. You will identify infestations, apply approved products, and advise customers on prevention to protect homes and families.

You will operate company vehicles, follow safety regulations, and schedule appointments while building relationships with clients. Training and benefits start on day one for full-time colleagues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply pest control products (chemicals, baits, traps) per safety standards.
• Educate customers on prevention methods and long-term protection.
• Provide advice to reduce future infestations and build customer trust.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist with sales to current customers; expand product reach.
• Maintain pest control equipment; ensure it's stocked and in good working order.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations on pest control products and safety.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and comply with vehicle maintenance.
