Job summary

Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Technician to perform residential pest management, conduct thorough inspections, and apply treatments while educating customers on prevention. You will work with a company-provided vehicle and must follow safety regulations to protect homes and families.

Responsibilities include inspections, product application, customer education, scheduling, and maintaining equipment. Must possess a valid license, be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence (Company vehicle and gas card provided).
• Available to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed.
• Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in all areas of pest control.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills — You’ll need to be able to follow instructions for mixing on product labels.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest management services for residential customers by inspecting properties and identifying pest infestations.
• Apply approved pest control products (chemicals, baits, traps) following safety standards.
• Educate customers on prevention methods and maintaining a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, and expand services to new customers.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
• Operate a company-provided service vehicle safely.
