Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Consultant to protect homes and families by selling pest management services to residential customers.

You will be the face of the Rentokil brand in your local community, collaborating with service teams and building proposals to resolve pest issues while growing the customer base.

This role requires sales-minded individuals, strong communication, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel up to 100% within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license from your state of residence.
• 1-2 years pest technician or sales experience.
• Strong social and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect homes and sell pest control solutions to residential customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Service Center, Inside Sales, and Technicians.
• Develop proposals for customers to resolve pest issues and upsell services.
• Complete Home diagram using Sales CRM to map challenges.
• Follow up on past proposals to close sales opportunities.
