Job summary

This role offers uncapped commission with a base and strong earning potential; first-year earnings typically between $70,000 and $100,000, with top performers reaching $150,000–$200,000+. Training is provided, and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Use a ladder safely within manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops.
• Wear PPE, sometimes requiring an OSHA-compliant respirator.

Responsibilities

• Conducting full-home inspections (from attic to crawl space).
• Build trust by explaining findings clearly and recommending options.
• Close sales by showcasing value and long-term benefits.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using company tools.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, maximize leads.
