Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to perform full-home inspections and close sales, earning potential with base plus commission. You’ll build trust with homeowners, explain findings, and recommend treatment options.

You’ll manage appointments, work independently, and represent Orkin with professionalism. Paid training and opportunities for advancement are provided as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willing to climb, crawl, and work in various weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to safely access attics, crawl spaces, rooftops and confined spaces.
• Wears PPE, including an OSHA-compliant respirator when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend best treatment options.
• Close sales by communicating value and long-term benefits of services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation with company iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, and maximize leads.
