Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector in Kentucky to convert leads into long-term pest control customers. You’ll inspect homes, explain findings, and close sales with the support of brand trust and training.

Earners enjoy uncapped commission and a company vehicle, with base+commission potential of substantial dollars. No pest control experience required as comprehensive training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to use a ladder safely.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Work in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoors.
• Wear PPE as needed (OSHA-compliant respirator).

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatment options.
• Close sales by highlighting value and long-term benefits of Orkin’s services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation on a company-provided iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule to maximize leads and opportunities.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism and integrity.
