Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions to residences and businesses. You will identify needs, propose tailored services, and build lasting relationships through on-site visits and follow-ups.

The role offers an hourly base pay of $18.00, plus uncapped commission, with typical earnings between $60,000 and $90,000 and additional compensation opportunities. Benefits include weekly pay and full medical/dental/vision options.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl in tight spaces.
• Willing to earn pest control licensing if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Sell pest control services to customers via leads and visits.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations.
• Respond to and work on sales leads within the branch and territory.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions per laws and policy.
• Operate and maintain company vehicle and equipment.
