Qualifications

• Must have lived experience with addiction recovery and maintain personal recovery.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills with residents and coworkers.
• Be able to work with limited supervision while prioritizing residents’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal routines.
• Provide companionship and build trusting relationships with residents.
• Ensure residents take prescribed medications as directed.
• Report concerns or medical issues to staff.
• Keep living quarters safe, organized, and clean.
• Maintain records of resident activity, mood, and behavior.
• Lead group activities and outings.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality treatment.
• Model recovery behaviors and life skills for clients.
• Monitor adherence to house rules and report inconsistencies.
