CertaPro Painters of S. Arlington/Mansfield/Ellis County is seeking a Residential Painting Sales Associate to join our Warrenton, VA team. You will meet with potential clients, manage painting projects, and develop new business while delivering exceptional service and certainty to clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ year degree in a related field preferred
• Prior sales experience in construction or painting preferred
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• History of accomplishments and promotions

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential customers to understand painting needs and build relationships
• Manage painting projects to ensure timely completion within budget
• Conduct one-on-one consultations to provide customized proposals
• Communicate with customers regularly to provide updates and satisfaction
• Promote the brand through community events and marketing tactics
• Attend regional or national training conferences to stay updated on industry trends
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
