Qualifications

• Reliable and detail-oriented painter responsible for all painting activities in assigned pod.
• Prepare walls and surfaces for painting.
• Mix paints and materials to achieve correct colors.
• Train new painters to use Entrata and follow department standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality painting to residents.
• Prepare surfaces and ensure correct paint levels.
• Communicate progress with Facilities Manager.
• Maintain and operate painting tools and equipment.
• Keep detailed records and complete required paperwork.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
