The ideal candidate brings experience in drywall finishing and light carpentry to complement painting expertise, working across multiple residential job sites.

You will work independently and with teams to deliver high-quality finishes, maintain clean work sites, and ensure timelines and customer satisfaction on full-scope home remodels.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of residential painting/remodeling experience.
• Expert-level interior and exterior painting and surface prep.
• Drywall repair/finishing, trim work, and cabinetry a plus.
• High school diploma or GED; trade school preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of interior and exterior painting on residential remodels.
• Prepare, patch, sand drywall surfaces and ensure clean lines.
• Install and touch up trim, baseboards, and moldings.
• Assist with related remodeling tasks including light framing and cabinetry.
• Maintain a clean work area and protect property; follow safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with project managers and teams to meet timelines.

The ideal candidate will also bring experience in drywall finishing, trim work, and other light carpentry tasks to complement their painting expertise. Key Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of interior and exterior residential painting, including prep, priming, cutting-in, rolling, and finishing.
• Patch, sand, and prep drywall surfaces for painting or other finishes.
• Ensure clean lines, smooth finishes, and color accuracy on every job.
• Install and touch up trim, baseboards, and moldings as needed.
• Assist with related remodeling tasks, including light framing, drywall installation and finishing, cabinetry, and surface prep.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure protection of property at all times.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines while working on job sites.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and fellow team members to maintain project timelines and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in residential painting and remodeling.
• Expert-level skills in interior and exterior painting applications and surface prep.
• Additional proficiency in drywall repair/finishing, trim work, and cabinetry is a strong plus.
• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or apprenticeship preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, clean workmanship, and a commitment to quality.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
