Job summary

Astound is seeking a dynamic Door-to-Door residential outside sales representative in the San Antonio, TX area. You will start with a $34,000 base salary and earn uncapped commissions with potential to exceed six figures based on performance.

You will acquire new residential customers through face-to-face interactions, promote Astound services, and manage territory with scheduled field work Tuesday–Saturday. Excellent earnings potential comes with this challenging, outdoor role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in residential direct sales preferred.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customers in a residential environment through professional, face-to-face interaction with residents, property management groups, and other referral sources.
• Aggressively pursue leads provided daily.
• Distribute marketing material and build Astound brand awareness.
• Review property contracts and service levels; understand customer needs and articulate solutions.
• Attend mandatory sales meetings and report sales statistics to management.
