What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services by presenting additional options
- Make outbound calls to potential residential customers to introduce Sparklight's communication packages
- Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
- Utilize knowledge of Sparklight's products to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching services
- Engage proactively with customers to encourage commitment and problem-solve as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A proactive approach to customer engagement
- Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
- 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service and support

- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly SalesForce
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
