Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loan applications by gathering required documentation from Mortgage Loan Officers and Borrowers.
• Enter data into the Loan Origination System (LOS) and ensure documentation and data entry support underwriting determinations.
• Collect and review contracts, tax returns, IRS forms, appraisals, title commitments and other documents per policies.
• Index all documents in the imaging system and manage verifications as needed.
• Coordinate with loan officers, borrowers, vendors and underwriters to complete loan files on time.
• Maintain notes and loan history in the LOS for audits and reviews.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate sources for timely resolution.
• Stay informed on compliance and regulatory requirements governing mortgage processing.
