National Bank of Arizona is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Originator in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on soliciting residential mortgage business through existing relationships and referrals, while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely disclosures.

You will interview applicants, review financial data, lock rates, and work with processors to close loans, building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Qualificações

• College degree preferred; 4+ years of mortgage lending origination experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of mortgage lending, processing, credit analysis, mortgage laws and regulations.
• Ability to solicit loans and work independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.

Responsabilidades

• Solicit mortgage business through relationships with real estate agents, builders and branches.
• Explain loan types and rate options; lock rates; prepare disclosures for underwriting.
• Coordinate appraisals, title searches and document collection for loan closings.
• Communicate with customers throughout the process and work with processors through closing.
• Originate residential home loans.
