Meridian Bank seeks a Residential Branch Manager to lead a team of Mortgage Loan Originators and manage branch mortgage activities. Responsibilities include supervising the loan process from opening to closing, managing staff, budgets and objectives, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and maintaining high accuracy in a fast-paced mortgage environment within a Florida branch.

Competenze

• Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Ability to work in a team environment as a role player and leader
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, etc.)
• High degree of attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Five years of financial/mortgage experience

Mansioni

• Provide leadership, guidance and motivation to Mortgage Loan Originators and Branch staff
• Manage branch staff in all aspects of the loan origination process from opening to closing
• Manage the branch budget, production and income goals within company guidelines
• Ensure staff understand branch objectives and how they fit into company goals
• Review loans to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
