Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, supervision, and operational oversight for Milieu Supervisors and Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Manages staffing levels and scheduling to ensure safety and program integrity.
• Oversees documentation, compliance, and quality of care in alignment with industry standards.
• Facilitates onboarding, competency and performance management in partnership with leadership.
• Coordinates shift briefs, daily reports, and staff meetings to maintain effective communication.
• Engages with clients and staff to ensure a therapeutic milieu and optimal client outcomes.
