Job summary

Pasadena Villa seeks a Director of Milieu Services at Smoky Mountain Lodge in Sevierville, TN. The role oversees daily administration of the residential program, supervising Milieu Supervisors and Behavioral Health Technicians, and ensuring a safe, engaging, therapeutic environment with exceptional customer service.

The position supports staff and clients through clinical and administrative activities to achieve optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years experience in a behavioral healthcare setting working with adults.
• Minimum of 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and supervision for Milieu Supervisors and Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Manages staffing levels and coordinates schedules to maintain program integrity.
• Monitors client safety and therapeutic engagement across the milieu.
• Ensures policies and procedures are followed and compliance is met.
• Onboards, orients, and manages performance for BHTs with leadership support.
• Coordinates daily shift briefings and handoffs, and conducts monthly staff meetings.
• Facilitates evening and weekend activities and participates in treatment planning.
• Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to meet client needs.
