Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic care and treatment of all clients according to agency policies.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA standards.
• Develop and adhere to a written daily schedule for staff and clients.
• Conduct a minimum of one daily group aligned with the program model.
• Assist clients with homework and treatment work and life skills.
• Maintain supervision with clients to prevent unsafe behaviors and monitor during sleep hours.
• Assist with family visitation and promote healthy relationships with caregivers.
• Attend staff meetings and mandatory trainings.
• Display professionalism in all interactions with clients and co-workers.
• Other duties as assigned.
