Embark Behavioral Health is seeking a Residential Mentor in Needville, TX to support young adults (18–28) through experiential therapies like art, music, yoga, and community outings. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring empathy, boundary setting, and teamwork.

You’ll engage clients, document progress, respond to crises, and help maintain a safe, structured environment while upholding professional standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• Skills: quick decision-making and growth mindset aligned with Embark values.
• Experience: minimum 1 year with adolescent populations preferred.
• Certifications: CPR and First Aid preferred.
• Background checks: pass pre-employment drug screen and state/federal checks.
• Physical Intervention: willing to participate in interventions per safety protocols.
• Physical Readiness: comfortable with standing, walking and active work.
