Job summary

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Experience: Mental Health or Residential Treatment experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to clients with daily activities, ensuring a structured and supportive environment.
- Transport clients to scheduled activities and medical appointments.
- Monitor client behavior, document observations, and collaborate with clinical teams.
- Assist the nursing team with medication self-administration.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within residential facilities.
- Lead and document recovery-focused group sessions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and respond to crises as needed.
