Radias Health is hiring full-time Mental Health Support Specialists to join their Residential Support Services program in Minnesota. The role supports adults with mental illness and substance use disorders in a home-like setting, with weekend, evening, day, and overnight shifts.

You will engage with clients, build rapport, assist with daily living tasks, monitor plans, and participate in treatment and teamwork with the clinical staff.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Must have car, auto insurance, and valid driver's license.
• 2,000 hours of experience working with individuals with Mental Illness.
• 2,000 hours working in Corporate Adult Foster Care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide courteous and respectful care to all clients.
• Interact with clients, build rapport, and assist with daily needs.
• Monitor clients per care plans and document updates.
• Administer medications under supervision of the facility nurse.
• Plan activities, menus, and coordinate outings.
