RADIAS Health is seeking Mental Health Support Specialists to join Residential Support Services, providing compassionate, client-centered care in a home-like setting for adults with mental illness and substance use disorders.

Responsibilities include building rapport, supporting daily living tasks, coordinating activities, and following care plans. Requires high school diploma, 2,000 hours of relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license. On-site positions across MN counties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2,000 hours of experience working with individuals with Mental Illness.
• 2,000 hours working in Corporate Adult Foster Care.
• Must have car, auto insurance, and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and respectful care to all clients.
• Interact with clients to socialize and build rapport.
• Monitor clients regularly as per care plans.
• Administer medications under nurse supervision.
• Plan and coordinate recreational activities and daily living tasks.
• Ensure security and supervision of residents.
• Transport clients in the community when needed.
• Produce incident reports within 8 hours of events.
