Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) is seeking a Residential Care professional to provide direct milieu management and 24/7 client support in a residential living setting. The role includes daily living assistance, medication administration, and supervising client safety as part of a dedicated team.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of direct care experience with individuals with Severe Mental Illness, and must obtain QMAP certification within 6 months

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of direct care experience with clients suffering from Severe Mental Illness.
• QMAP certification within 6 months of hire.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct client care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Administer medications per MAR and document responses.
• Ensure safety and supervision of clients in a 24/7 residential setting.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities as needed.
• Support staff and contribute to milieu management and program standards.
