Qualifications

• Bachelors or 2 years experience in the field.
• OPWDD: 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical appointments and maintain the doctor calendar.
• Communicate with nurses, residential managers and team via email.
• Monitor medication changes and contact pharmacy for new scripts and formulary.
• Update medical binders and arrange timely appointments.
• Ensure transportation to medical appointments and avoid overlapping times.
