Job description

Job Description:

Cambria is seeking a motivated, sales-oriented, and relationship-driven individual in Phoenix, Arizona, to help grow our business. The candidate will be responsible for developing, cultivating, and increasing sales of Cambria products throughout the assigned territory. Providing excellent service to residential B2B prospects and customers, while marketing the Cambria brand and influencing their purchasing decisions, is essential.

Successful candidates must reside in Phoenix, be able to work from home, and visit customers across their territory.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build and maintain relationships: Develop mutually beneficial relationships with fabricators, installers, dealers, interior designers, builders, remodelers, architects, and other industry influencers. Engage in industry associations to drive sales.
  2. Service local partners: Plan sales calls, develop market development strategies, update customer information in Salesforce, and advise partners effectively. Provide samples and marketing materials.
  3. Educate and promote: Present product knowledge, highlight brand differentiators, and stay updated on industry standards. Use social media to promote the brand.
  4. Maintain a professional presence: Create quarterly sales plans, meet customers regularly, travel within the territory, and manage expenses.
Requirements
  • Experience in architectural/design industry or B2B sales is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to work from home as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • At least three years of B2B sales, marketing, or interior design experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Salesforce preferred.
Additional Details
  • Travel: 80% local, 20% to trade shows, associations, and training trips. Valid driver’s license required.
  • Physical: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for samples and materials.
  • Salary range: $74,000 - $99,000, based on experience and location.
