Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in property management, maintenance, construction, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn and utilize mobile inspection and property management software.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure tour-ready and move-in readiness.
• Coordinate and oversee part-time team members to ensure productivity.
• Document inspections and provide real-time updates with cross-functional teams.
• Track key metrics and support operational and financial goals.
• Collaborate with Operations, Property Management, Construction, and Maintenance teams to ensure property readiness.
