Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in property management, maintenance, construction, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience with property management software (MRI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field and operational activities to support market performance.
• Inspect vacant homes, prepare move-in ready properties, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage part-time staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and proper inspections/reports.
