AHRC New York City is seeking a Residential Manager for its Manhattan Group Home. The position oversees the residence, ensures regulatory compliance, and supervises staff while coordinating services for residents with IDD.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a residential setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of OPWDD regulations is required.
• Valid NYS or Tri-state driver’s license for more than one year is required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including one day each weekend is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall responsibilities for the smooth operation of the residence.
• Ensures ongoing compliance and quality assurance with State and Federal regulations relevant to the residence.
• Provides direct supervision of direct support staff assigned to the residence.
• Collaborates with the management team to create a program of services for each resident and assigns tasks to the direct support team.
• Participates in comprehensive service planning activities with outside agencies for each resident.

AHRC NYC is seeking a Residential Manager (RM) for their Manhattan Group Home residence.

Compensation Package: $66,300 per year plus a very generous and comprehensive benefit package...see Benefit information below.

Schedule: must be willing to work one day of each weekend....No overnights.

Position Description:
