Job summary

Wildwood Programs in Albany and Schenectady is seeking a compassionate Residential Manager to lead our capital region team. This full-time, salaried role requires hands-on supervision of staff and safe, respectful support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will be on-call for emergencies and may fill vacancies as needed; a valid NYS driver\'s license and current CPR/First Aid are required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a group residential setting serving individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• Preferred 1 year of management experience in a group residential setting with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff to ensure quality residential supports.
• Be available for on-call emergencies and fill vacancies as needed.
• Promote positive, encouraging interactions with individuals in care.
