Job summary
Lindbergh-Properties-Construction-I in Missouri is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. You will handle work orders for residential apartments and condos, performing routine preventive maintenance and repairs during normal hours.
The role requires at least five years in maintenance or trades, the ability to climb ladders, lift appliances, shovel snow, and work independently.
Qualifications
- Must own your own hand tools and have reliable transportation.
- Five years of maintenance or trade experience required.
- HVAC certification is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders and repair tasks for residential apartments and condos.
- Maintain appearance of properties and perform preventive maintenance.
- Paint, drywall, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds work.
- Move appliances and assist in make ready tasks.
- Work independently and mentor others when needed.
- Be available for on-call rotations and after-hours emergencies.
- Snow removal during snow events as required.
