In this role, you will maintain building conditions, perform janitorial tasks, and respond to maintenance requests. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, be knowledgeable in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in the maintenance field required.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties in common areas.
• Complete unit turnovers within 3 days.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues.
• Respond to work orders and maintenance emergencies.
