Qualifications

• 1 year custodial and/or maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas and dispose of garbage according to schedule.
• Provide general interior and exterior maintenance.
• Maintain the facility landscape and perimeter.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Transport deliveries and maintain equipment.
• Assist in inventory control.
• Provide back-up in emergencies.
