Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year custodial and/or maintenance experience.
• Ability to clean all areas and dispose of garbage per facility schedule.
• Complete general interior and exterior maintenance tasks and basic repairs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain building and grounds.
• Perform minor repairs and basic servicing of facilities.
• Assist with inventory and back-up in emergencies.
