Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred.
• Experience with general maintenance tasks and safety procedures is essential.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on buildings, systems, and grounds.
• Use carpentry, plumbing, and painting as needed.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and company safety directives.
• Perform daily repairs, document work, and estimate materials/time.
