Qualifications

• Experience in general labor or handyman roles.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
• Good communication with team and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, clear debris, and move equipment.
• Setup and breakdown of work areas and materials.
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment.
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on facility equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests and report issues promptly.
• Support larger maintenance projects under supervision.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff and facility personnel.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Provide support during emergencies or facility disruptions.
