The role involves building repairs, inspections, and responding to emergencies to keep client spaces in top condition. Responsibilities include door and fixture repairs, safety compliance, and preparing management reports.

Qualifications

• Active state-issued driver's license and clean driving record.
• Hands-on electrical or mechanical skill capability.
• Experience supporting mission critical environments.
• Ability to operate routine and emergency service on systems.
• Comfort with basic computer applications.
• Must be 18 years or older with no formal degree required.

Responsibilities

• Building repair for assigned buildings, including carpentry, drywall, flooring and painting.
• Install and repair door closers, thresholds, doors/frames, and light electrical work.
• Perform facility inspections and report conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Respond to emergencies and prepare management summary reports.
• Maintain safety, housekeeping and asset protection in work areas and vehicles.
• Identify hazards and suggest elimination methods; ensure compliance with codes.
• Support after-hours building-related activities as required.
• Attend periodic training seminars, on-site or online.
• Safeguard company and client assets and electronic devices.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with safety procedures.
