Omega Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general and preventive maintenance across residential properties. You will ensure interiors, exteriors, and site areas are kept in a clean, repaired state while supporting landscape and irrigation duties.

A strong focus on reliability, teamwork, and resident relations is essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with at least one year of related maintenance experience or formal trade training.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum one year of maintenance experience or formal training from a trade school is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with current liability insurance.
• Able to work full time.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the property.
• Keep interiors, exteriors, and site in clean and repaired condition.
• Assist with landscape and irrigation system maintenance.
• Work independently, be able to direct others, and participate in staff meetings and training.
